After finding the event that you wish to go to, press the blue button "Buy" in any of the ticket type blocks.
Seating block if you wish to purchase a ticket for a numbered seat
General admission block if you wish to purchase a ticket for entrance only (no seating).
Add the general admission ticket to your purchase by clicking on the "+" icon at the corresponding price zone block.
!Note that the time countdown of the reservation begins right after adding the ticket to the basket. Please make the payment for the chosen ticket within 15 minutes in order to finalize the purchase. If you take longer and the countdown ends, the tickets will be returned to the system and may not be available to you anymore!
After adding the desired amount of tickets, press "Buy", in order to jump to the basket. See Nr.4
If you wish to move the seating plan, click on any part of it and drag the cursor around.
In order to see the number and price of a specific seat, move the cursor over the desired place. Seats that are colored black are not available.
Add the ticket to your purchase by clicking on the desired seat.

The ticket basket contains all of your chosen tickets.
If a specific ticket can be applied a discount, please choose it from the drop-down menu. After choosing the discount, the corresponding rules and regulations of the discount will appear right next to the ticket.
!Note that the ticket will not be valid if the discount rules and regulations are not met!
Press the "Buy" button after double-checking your purchase and applying the necessary discounts.
A. If you are a registered ticketshop.lv user, press the "Authorize here" button and log into the ticketshop.lv system by entering your e-mail and password. The system will automatically fill in the customer data form with your information.
Choose the desired payment type by clicking on the corresponding icon.
After filling in the customer data form and choosing the payment type, press the "Buy" button and you will be transferred to the website of the corresponding payment type.
B. If you are using ticketshop.lv for the first time, fill in the customer data form. You will have to familiarize yourself with and accept the ticketshop.lv user's terms and conditions (by clicking on the link - "Terms and conditions"). Please fill in the form with true data in order to avoid problems that may arise during the ticket delivery and use!
Choose the desired payment type by clicking on the corresponding icon.
After filling in the customer data form and choosing the payment type, press the "Buy" button and you will be transferred to the website of the corresponding payment type.
It is possible to check, save or print your tickets at the payment confirmation page after the payment.
Also it is possible to check, save or print the corresponding invoice.
The copies of the purchased tickets are sent to the e-mail address specified by you. They are also available at the My Account > My Purchases section.
