SIA First Row Technology, as a data controller, by providing ticket distribution services on the websites www.ticketshop.lv, www.ticketshop.ee, www.ticketshop.lt, www.ticketshop.store engages in customer data processing.

1. What data do we have?

We obtain the following data items from our customers, which they pass on to us:

  • name and surname;
  • e-mail address;
  • phone Number;
  • bank details (which we will receive during the purchase process);
  • IP address from which the purchase was made;

2. For what purposes do we process this data?

We need this data to provide our basic service - to deliver event tickets. As well as to be able to identify and contact the ticket buyer in case of possible problems, incl. in situations where a refund of the purchased tickets has to be made. As well as for sending various informative notifications.

3. Who can access this data?

This data may be accessed by the data controller's staff, in the course of their direct duties, and by third parties, by the data controller's IT outsourcers, in accordance with their data processing policies. As well as third parties - law enforcement institutions in accordance with the procedures provided for in regulatory enactments.

4. How long will this data be stored?

All personal data relating to a particular transaction is kept until the end of the statutory period and is then deleted.

5. What are the data subject's rights with regard to this data?

Any person has the right to request access to, and the rectification or erasure of, or restriction of processing of, his or her personal data, as well as the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data and the right to the portability of his or her personal data.

It should be noted that if a person does not wish to provide his or her personal data in the above cases, a situation may arise where it is not possible to meet the person's needs and provide a ticketing service at the same time.
